At Poopy & Co, every piece is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order. We don't keep stock in a warehouse — each shirt is unique, made on demand just for you.
That's why our returns policy looks a bit different from a regular store's. Here's the straightforward version:
✅ What we DO cover (100% free)
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll fix it at no cost to you:
- Defective or misprinted product
- Product damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- Your order got lost in transit
How to file a claim:
- Email us at info@poopyandco.com within 30 days of receiving your order (or from the estimated delivery date, if the package never arrived)
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We'll send you a new item or a refund, at no cost to you
No need to send the defective item back — keep it.
❌ What we DON'T cover
Since every item is manufactured specifically for your order (a made-to-order, personalized product), and in line with EU consumer regulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply the way it would for off-the-shelf stock items.
This means we can't offer a free return in these cases:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You changed your mind about the design or color
- The product wasn't what you visually expected
Tip: double-check the size guide before ordering — it'll save you any surprises.
Want to exchange for a different size anyway?
We can help, but since it's a brand-new item printed specifically for you, this involves an additional production cost. Email us at info@poopyandco.com and we'll let you know the price for the exchange.
Shipping times
Keep in mind your order is printed first and then shipped — estimated delivery time is around 5 days, though it may occasionally vary a bit. You can check your shipment status anytime with the tracking number we email you.
